I wrote a crazy long review (sorry ADHD) and now I'm going to bullet point why Above and Beyond are truly excellent - The quote was the quote, so no surprises, no mark up or add ins or nonsense which makes people apprehensive to work with trades - The work was expedited very very quickly. 37ft parimeter completed over two days (3 man crew, 10 hr days) - My old house of course revealed many reasons why water had been coming in (literally brick falling off the foundation). Andriy explained to me the remedy and also showed me the work - Photographed everything for me (although I work from home and saw most of it) for my records - Kept the site area clean and safe and left me with nothing other than a dry, waterproof basement, and complete satisfaction - I'm going to say this like a snob. I work with a lot of trades (I'm a realtor), and what I typically consider a great transaction is the price being what it's supposed to be, the work being the quality and job that is quoted, and that it's left in better shape when all is said and done.
